O Projeto de Lei Complementar 12\/24 divide opini\u00f5es e tem atra\u00eddo muitas \u201cfake News\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A atividade, promovida pelas comiss\u00f5es do Trabalho e de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico, reuniu representantes dos trabalhadores e das empresas, al\u00e9m de in\u00fameros parlamentares favor\u00e1veis e contr\u00e1rios \u00e0 medida.<\/p>\n<p>A secret\u00e1ria-geral do Sindicom-DF, Geralda Godinho, expressou preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual dos trabalhadores por aplicativos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMesmo tendo surgido h\u00e1 pouco tempo, essa profiss\u00e3o precisa ser urgentemente regulamentada para garantir que esses trabalhadores e trabalhadoras tenham alguma garantia e as empresas assumam responsabilidades\u201d, disse a dirigente.<a href=\"https:\/\/sindicomdf.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/img3.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10682\" src=\"https:\/\/sindicomdf.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/img3-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sindicomdf.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/img3-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/sindicomdf.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/img3-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/sindicomdf.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/img3-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/sindicomdf.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/img3-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/sindicomdf.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/img3-45x35.jpeg 45w, https:\/\/sindicomdf.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/img3.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>O diretor de Base do sindicato, Luiz Saraiva, enfatizou a import\u00e2ncia de uma legisla\u00e7\u00e3o que garanta direitos fundamentais aos trabalhadores.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUm pai de fam\u00edlia n\u00e3o pode pegar seu carro e sair de casa para trabalhar sem nenhuma garantia, sem saber se vai receber, ou se estar\u00e1 seguro enquanto trabalha\u201d, ressaltou.<\/p>\n<p>Para o secret\u00e1rio-executivo do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego (TEM), Francisco Macena, o debate sobre a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho com aplicativos cabe ao Congresso, mas, segundo ele, o governo n\u00e3o pode se omitir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPermanecer do jeito que est\u00e1, sem nenhuma regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 jogar os trabalhadores ao l\u00e9u.
